I plan and manage the whole process of many R&D projects, especially Man-lift, from the idea stage to reaching the customer. I plan and execute the design and manufacturing process.
As CREO Furniture, my duties in the newly established subsidiary;
Controlling the designs of the parts to be produced.
To detect errors, if any, of the parts to be produced, to correct the detected design (3D Scanner data … etc) errors.
To prepare the design of the parts that are in the general design but have no data.
To determine the standards of the parts used. Planning and managing the procurement process. Checking the suitability of incoming parts. Preparing and archiving data and technical drawings of parts with designs.
To prepare the installation / user manual that will go to the user in an understandable way. Animating the prepared installation/user manual and making it ready for online or application.
Planning the manufacturing process, preparing the processes and following the manufacturing process.
Working ergonomics and workplace planning.
Creating a work flow chart.
Creating material codes in the MRP program.
Preparing recipes and stations for the MRP program.
Creating the layout plan of the parts coming from the supply.
